从一锅热气腾腾的铁锅炖，到酸菜白肉、锅包肉、地三鲜……姥姥总是说：“孩子回来，就得吃口热乎的、吃口地道的。”我们坚持选用黑土地孕育的优质食材，用心炖煮、真诚调味，不添加多余修饰，只为让你尝到记忆中那份“嘎嘎香”的家乡味。

This simple greeting holds the deepest warmth of Northeasterners. Dongbeiba takes fresh ingredients from the black soil as its roots and traditional Northeastern cooking techniques as its soul. Every 

dish continues the sincerity and enthusiasm of Grandma's generation.

From a steaming pot of stew to sauerkraut with pork belly, sweet and sour pork, and stir-fried potatoes, green peppers, and eggplant... Grandma always says, "When the children come home, they have

to eat something hot and authentic." We insist on using high-quality ingredients nurtured by the black soil, stewing with care and seasoning sincerely, without adding unnecessary embellishments, just
